Upon completion of the application and approval as an Retail Agent, you will receive, by e-mail, your Retail Agent handbook with information you will help you answer questions regarding golfing vacations to Scotland or Ireland.
Although you will not be involved in the administrative process, you will need some basic knowledge about the courses, hotels and how it all comes together.
